Just over three acres in size, this beach park is located on the west shore of Mercer Island. Watch for the small sign on West Mercer Way that will lead you through a residential neighborhood to the Groveland Beach parking lot. You will need to walk down a steep paved walkway but the scenery and serenity that this beach offers is well worth the trek. Enjoy a day of playing volleyball near the sandy beach, sunbathing, and gazing at the lake from the open lawn area. Picnic tables are available at beach level and in a shady nook near the parking lot level.
